Job Description

Adecco is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented **Personal & Administrative Assistant** to support day-to-day operations in a small business environment in Oceanside, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and enjoys a mix of office-based tasks and hands-on support duties. From managing office organization and booking appointments to running errands and coordinating outside help, you'll be an essential part of keeping things running smoothly. **Schedule:** 8am - 4pm (Mondays and Fridays required) Primary responsibilities include: + Handle general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and organizing documents. + Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. + Maintain a tidy, functional office environment; restock supplies and assist with workspace setup. + Prepare basic reports, print materials, or meeting notes as needed. + Assist with internal scheduling and calendar management for meetings, events, or deadlines. Personal Assistant Duties + Run local errands, including picking up supplies, coffee, catering, or dry cleaning. + Book personal and business appointments such as doctor visits, car maintenance, or team outings. + Hire and coordinate with service providers and contractors (e.g., cleaners, handymen, tech support). + Help plan and organize small events, off-site meetings, or social gatherings. Operations Support + Assist with light packing and shipping of occasional orders or materials (no large-scale fulfillment). + Unpack deliveries and maintain supply inventory levels. + Support team members with day-to-day task coordination and ad hoc projects. + Help with research tasks or sourcing supplies/vendors when needed. Qualifications + 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or assistant role. + Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset. + Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. + Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). + Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). + Reliable, trustworthy, and professional in both appearance and conduct. + Must have reliable transportation for errands.
