**Job Title: Picker and Packer** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for a 2nd shift position from 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday. You will work in a supportive and team-oriented environment. Your primary role will involve packing boxes according to specific packing lists and box sizes. As part of your duties, you will work at a packing station where you will pack products into boxes, weigh them, tape and label them, and then place them onto a pallet for shipment. You will rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks to ensure a varied workday. **Responsibilities** + Pack boxes according to packing lists and box sizes. + Operate at a packing station to pack, weigh, tape, and label boxes. + Place packed boxes onto pallets for shipment. + Rotate between packing, taping/labeling, and palletizing tasks. + Potentially operate a steady type of packing machine. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work well with others. + High School Education. + Ideally 6 months of experience in warehouse, picking, or packing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good communication skills. + Safety conscious. + Ability to follow written work instructions in English. + Must pass a safety test after watching a safety video. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy long-term employment opportunities with great benefits in a supportive team environment. **Work Environment** Work requires steel-toed boots, eye protection, and hearing protection, which may be needed depending on the work environment. Eye protection and hearing protection will be provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
