Blue Box Café by Daniel Boulud is a luxurious, high-end fine-dining cafe located within Tiffany and Co. in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. We offer a unique and unforgettable dining experience in a stunning setting.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Polisher to join our team. As a Polisher at Blue Box Café, you will play a vital role in maintaining our pristine appearance. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning, storing, and maintaining glassware, silverware, and other dining room essentials to ensure a seamless and upscale dining experience for our guests.

Competencies & Qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in high-volume environment
• General knowledge of and interest in food and wine
• Complete knowledge of service sequence and flow
• Able to take direction and complete tasks
• Organizational skills
• Effective time management
• Pleasant demeanor and professional composure
• Positive and clear written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Impeccable grooming as defined by management and dress code.
