Job Description

Edgewood Country Club is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a hospitality environment and are committed to providing excellent service to our guests.

 As a Beverage Cart Attendant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the golf clubhouse dining and golfing experience by ensuring that our beverage cart is fully operational and stocked with a variety of refreshments.

 You will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests at the golf club and on the golf course, maintaining proper golf course etiquette, and adhering to state liquor laws and club policies. You may be required to assist with food service in the golf clubhouse during golf tournaments and special events at the golf clubhouse.

 This is a temporary, seasonal, part-time to full-time position that offers a competitive hourly wage through October.

Job Tasks (Duties)

• Throughout the day, you will stock and clean the cart, ensuring that it is always ready to serve our guests.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and personalized service to members and guests, and responding to customer inquiries about the facility.
• Utilize a Point of Sales (POS) system to charge and track all orders.
• Communicate any guest concerns or comments to the Clubhouse Manager immediately.
• Regular and reliable attendance is crucial for this position, and while experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, it is not required.
• The Beverage Cart Attendant will work approximately 20 to 40 hours per week, with shifts typically lasting 6 to 8 hours during the day.
• This position requires individuals who can meet state age requirements to serve alcohol and who are committed to incorporating safe work practices in their job performance.

Compensation Package

• Non-exempt Pay: $12hr to $14/hr depending on experience, plus tips.
