About the Role

A high-end custom homebuilder in McLean , VA is looking to bring on a few Project Managers . They specialize in luxury modern homes and offer a flexible hybrid setup —just 1–2 days on site , with the rest remote . It’s a great opportunity to work on some of the most impressive homes in the area while keeping a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project documents and tracking in Procore
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and selection sheets across multiple builds
• Handle change orders and coordinate closely with Superintendents
• Lead and attend client meetings throughout the build process
• Submit and manage permits with local municipalities
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date (plans, specs, buyouts)
• Support estimating, punch lists, selections, and material tracking
• Generate RFIs and maintain accurate spec documentation

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction project management
• Comfortable with Procore , Google Workspace , and MS Office
