We’re looking for a talented and experienced traffic/project manager to be part of a fast-growing, Atlanta-based ad agency that specializes in home improvement clients and ESG. You’ll ensure that all marketing and account services work flows efficiently through the creative and production departments, working collaboratively across multifunctional teams. You’ll be steady under pressure and touch every project at numerous points in the project life cycle. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, schedules and projects to ensure on-time, accurate and on-budget deliverables. You won’t just do work – you’ll impact our clients’ businesses and brands. This is a mix of organizing and scheduling the concept, design and strategy that’ll have you involved from start to finish on most projects, resulting in progressive, sophisticated, and appropriate designs and other amazing work. You must be agile and creative with an outstanding attention to detail.
Duties include managing internal traffic systems, creating schedules and tracking project progress, routing work for review and approval, archiving files and assets, and opening and closing projects. This position works closely with the account managers and designers to organize each job, set project milestones, create project timelines, and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on-time and on-brand.
