Project Manager

$125k - $135k + bonus

Join a growing company as Project Manager to support ongoing bid proposals and building repairs or maintenance related to multi family & some commercial properties. Examples of bids and repairs needed for: asphalt repair, dry rot, concrete, equipment, water intrusion, etc.

Duties include, not limited to:

• Maintaining, updating, organizing bid proposals and scope of work forms
• Vendor communication
• Scheduling vendors
• running reports (Access will train)
• Utilizing Excel spreadsheets
• Responding to calls/emails
• Site visits to take pictures of damages; have pictures sent to you
• Be available for calls if after-hours a repair is needed, so some flexibility with hours
• Some flexibility with start time but 8am - 5pm; may work from home if not at Site visits/Site walks
• Travel required to properties (Greater Bay Area of SF, SJ, Oakland, Peninsula and sometimes North Bay)
• Someone with great communication skills, good in Excel, can take directions

Qualifications:

• 8+ years Building Maintenance and repair Project Management experience
• Experience with multi-family or commercial buildings
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
