Job Description

**Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Chess Real Estate**

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Virtual Assistant to support a busy real estate agent. This role is crucial in managing client interactions, streamlining operations, and contributing to the growth and success of the team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Efficiently manage and update the BoldTrail CRM system (training provided).
* Consistently monitor and respond to incoming leads across various platforms to ensure timely follow-up and maximize conversion rates.
* Conduct phone prospecting and practice lead conversion scripts, focusing on appointment setting and client engagement.
* Nurture and convert leads through database management, ensuring the continuous growth of the client base.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies, including creating and scheduling social media content.
* Assist in planning and organizing events using platforms like Eventbrite.
* Manage, edit, and post video footage for social media on a consistent schedule.
* Maintain and monitor backup storage, ensuring all video content is securely stored and readily accessible.
* Edit stored videos to create engaging content for social media platforms.
* Create and execute follow-up drip campaigns to maintain strong client relationships.
* Utilize tools such as Google Suite Apps, Metricool, Thanks IO ( for sending cards), Realtors Property Resource, Keeping Current Matters, Dotloop, ClickFunnels, and Zapier to enhance operational efficiency and client service.

**Qualifications:**

* A college degree is preferred, but substantial relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
* Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Reliable computer system with a strong internet connection, functioning camera, video, and audio capabilities.
* Availability to work 8 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time, up to 20 hours per week.
* Exceptional attention to detail and quality control in all tasks.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrated ability to create and follow systems for operational efficiency.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prospect via phone and conduct effective sales conversations.

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

* Proficiency in Video Editing, Canva and Google Suite.
* Experience in lead generation, business operations, and customer service.
* Strong social media management skills, including posting and advertising on platforms like Facebook, Google My Business, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
* Familiarity with SEO, WordPress, Zoom, Loom.com, and various Google apps (Google Voice, Drive, Sheets, Forms, etc.).
* Experience with video editing and managing backup storage systems.
* Proficiency with BoldTrail, BombBomb, Slack, Eventbrite, Sending Cards, RPR, Thanks IO, and Keeping Current Matters.
