Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Greenville (Remote)

Job Summary:

As the Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the indispensable force behind the Managing Director, ensuring the seamless operation of our agency while crafting unforgettable client and candidate experience. Join us in redefining excellence in recruitment!

Responsibilities:

Administrative Excellence

  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Craft polished correspondence, reports, and presentations that reflect our professional brand.
  • Perform general office tasks, including filing and organizing documents.
  • Occasionally answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Proxy for the Managing Director on urgent tasks, ensuring prompt responses to clients and candidates during absences.

Recruitment Operations

  • Be the guardian of our database, keeping candidate records and client information up to date, empowering our team with accurate insights.
  • Play a vital role in the recruitment process by creating appealing job descriptions, writing outreach messages, posting job advertisements, conducting screen and preparation calls, scheduling interviews, and assuring a seamless process all the way through onboarding.
  • Lead candidate sourcing activities while maintaining the ATS.
  • Create and publish job ads and manage social media postings across various platforms.

Strategic Contributions

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, potential clients, and candidates, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with team members, ensuring a streamlined workflow and open lines of communication.
  • Support agency growth by managing marketing communications, conducting prospecting research, and nurturing client relationships.

Process Improvement

  • Coordinate team activities and assign priorities, ensuring smooth processes to successfully bring each project to the finish line.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and communicate innovative solutions.
  • Embrace the variety of tasks assigned to you, showcasing your versatility and resilience.

Requirements:

· Some college preferred (Marketing, Business, HR courses desired)

· Experience recruiting senior leadership roles, ideally in the manufacturing industry, using proactive headhunting strategies.

· Proven experience in administrative roles, project coordination, or operations.

· Experience with candidate sourcing and database management.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.

· Enthusiasm for learning about the intricacies of the recruiting industry.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools, such as Trello, ChatGPT, Canva and ATS, is essential.

· Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in synch with the Manager.
