Regional Property Manager – Up to $140K + Bonus

We are seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a multi-site portfolio of commercial, residential, and industrial properties across the Boston market. This leadership role reports directly to the President & CEO and COO and will manage 15-20 on-site team members, including Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, Maintenance, and Facilities staff. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in property management, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience overseeing multi-site operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across a multi-site portfolio of office, industrial, and residential properties
• Lead and manage on-site teams (Property Managers, Maintenance, Facilities staff)
• Ensure all properties are well-maintained, fully staffed, and operating efficiently
• Manage maintenance, vendor contracts, and supply inventory
• Utilize Excel and database systems for financial tracking and reporting

Requirements:

• 8+ years of multi-site property management experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
• Leadership & Operations Experience in property management
