Job Summary:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales. Your leadership will help create a fun and engaging environment for both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns.
• Recruit, train, and manage store staff, ensuring a positive team culture.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
