RN Post ICU Cardiac IMCU Nurse

Description:
The RN Post ICU Cardiac IMCU Nurse specializes in the care of patients recovering from cardiac conditions after an ICU stay. This role involves managing patients on cardiac telemetry, administering cardiac medications, and assisting with ventilators and vasoactive drips. The nurse will be responsible for ensuring patients are stable as they transition to a lower level of care. Night shifts are required, with patient ratios typically ranging from 1:3 to 1:4 depending on patient needs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in ICU or cardiac care nursing.
• Proficient in cardiac telemetry, ventilator management, and vasoactive drips.
• Ability to monitor and assess post-ICU cardiac patients.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and manage a flexed patient load.

Pay:
Medium/High Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
