POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at 10X Health. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining smooth scheduling operations. You will work with various scheduling tools, communicate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure that all appointments are scheduled correctly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

OBJECTIVES

  • Manage the schedule for on-site nurses and providers, ensuring effective utilization of their time and resources
  • Utilize multiple scheduling tools, including Calendly, Outlook, and Dr. Chrono, to efficiently schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Maintain regular communication with external vendors to coordinate scheduling and ensure smooth operations
  • Generate daily reports on scheduling statistics, including the number of patients scheduled and any scheduling errors
  • Ensure compliance by scheduling patients with providers who are licensed in their state
  • Follow up with patients who have not yet scheduled appointments to encourage booking
  • Perform ad hoc duties as needed

COMPETENCIES

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy to minimize scheduling errors
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate various software and scheduling tools efficiently
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with scheduling software such as Dr. Chrono
  • Previous administrative, scheduling, or front desk experience in a clinic or medical facility is required
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a -paced environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative, scheduling, or front desk experience in a clinic or medical facility
  • Experience using scheduling software such as Dr. Chrono and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, is highly preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
