Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Speech-language pathology/ Communications Sciences and Disorders Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist - Assistant by the Texas Department of Licensing Regulation (TDLR) Role Overview: As an SLPA, you will assist speech-language pathologists in the assessment and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in a school setting.You will also implement speech and language programs or activities as planned and directed by speech-language pathologists for students. Job Details: Dates: 8/12/2025-5/29/2026In-person only Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech, language, and hearing screening as directed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.Implement the treatment program or the individual education plan (IEP) as designed by the supervising licensed speech-language pathologist.Work with classroom teachers to implement classroom activities to improve communication skills of students.Create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate for maturity level and interests of students.
