Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency, has an opening for a CT/X-ray Technologist . We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Hot Springs, SD, 57747

Assignment Start Date: 7/16/2025

13 weeks | Days | 10-Hours shift |40 hours weekly with 36 hours guaranteed

The CT/X-ray Technologist performs diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with approved techniques and standards as established by the radiologist governing and professional bodies.

Essential Functions:

• Produce emergent and routine diagnostic images with fixed and portable X-ray.
• Produce routine and emergent diagnostic images in the CT Room.
• Able to adjust exposure settings for proper image acquisition.
• Adjust patient positioning in order to acquire the best images based on anatomical structures.
• Adjust the table and radiation beam to minimize radiation exposure to maximum patient protection (ALARA).
• Process images in PACS for the Radiologist.
• Complete exams per Radiologist protocols.
• Document, charge, and process with electronic medical records.
• Schedule patients for appointments in X-ray, CT, MRI, US, DXA, and Holter Monitor.
• Inform and assist patients with contrast media administration for CT exams.
• Involved with quality control concerning equipment, radiation safety, and patient safety.
• Ensure that exams are completed in a timely and correct manner.
• Provide Customer Service to patients and staff.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• 1 year of experience working as a CT or X-Ray technologist preferred

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Must have R.T.(R)(ARRT)

EMR System: EPIC experience is preferred

Shift: 4-10 hours per day, M-F; 40 hours per week with rotation of weekends and call; Rotation of call and weekends

Knowledge/Ability/Skills:

• Demonstrates skills and behaviors indicative of an adequate working knowledge of and clinical proficiency in radiographic procedures, principles of radiation physics, and human anatomy and physiology.
