CRH Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) is a strategic division within the company that encompasses a diverse portfolio of operations and business in the Eastern region. Comprising markets Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia, Germany and Switzerland, the CEE region plays a crucial role in CRH’s global presence and growth strategy.
As part of our ongoing commercial transformation, we are expanding our analytics capabilities and are now seeking a Senior Commercial Data Scientist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to apply your expertise in an environment where your insights will help shape pricing strategies, customer engagement, and sales optimisation across multiple markets.

As a Senior Commercial Data Scientist , you’ll not only build advanced models but also influence strategic decisions, helping us reimagine what’s possible in the construction and building materials industry. This role can be based in either our CRH office in Warsaw, Poland or Bucharest, Romania, operating on a hybrid basis with occasional travel across the CEE region.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded data scientist who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to deliver clear, actionable insights. You will have a proven track record of applying advanced analytics in complex business environments, directly influencing commercial decision-making.
