**Description:** **Senior Proposal Analyst/Price \- Level 3** **What You Will Be Doing** As a member of the ADP Estimating and Pricing organization, this individual will play a key role in analyzing and developing proposals to support program growth and success, with primary responsibilities including: \* Analyzing proposal requirements, managing milestones and deadlines, negotiating contractual positions, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams \* Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and government customers, and ensuring compliance with estimating policy, federal regulations and maintaining a compliant estimating systems\. \* Developing, analyzing, reviewing, and obtaining approval of labor estimates, including identifying comparative historical data, and developing Cost Estimating Relationships \(CERs\)\. \* Leading high\-impact proposal efforts and business cases, developing and executing bid and negotiation strategies, and collaborating with Program leadership\. \* Conducting fact\-finding, audits, and negotiations with external customers\. \* Presenting estimate/proposal data to management for approval\. \* Performing special assignments as needed\. \* Occasional overtime \(including weekends\) may be required to meet deadlines and ensure the success of proposal efforts\. **What's In It For You** From onsite to remote, we offer flexible work schedules to comprehensive benefits investing in your future and security, Learn more about Lockheed Martin's comprehensive benefits package here\. **Who You Are** You are a detail\-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to navigate the complexities of proposal development and pricing\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\. **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 \- $130,180\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. This position is incentive plan eligible\. **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $84,900 \- $147,085\.
