Senior Tax Manager – Private Client Services – Seattle, WA (Onsite with Flexibility)

ABGI Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Tax Manager on behalf of a highly respected public accounting firm located in Seattle, WA . This is a prime opportunity for a seasoned CPA with a strong background in private client services, including high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, estates, and trusts. The position offers a primarily onsite role with flexibility and potential relocation assistance for the right candidate.

About the Role:

This leadership position involves managing complex tax engagements, overseeing a small team, and working closely with firm leadership. You will provide high-level tax compliance, planning, and advisory services while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tax returns for partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and private clients.
• Lead and mentor a small team of tax professionals.
• Manage client relationships, assess tax risks, and provide strategic consulting.
• Oversee staff assignments, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare and review client invoices while ensuring efficient engagement management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CPA license required.
• At least six years of tax experience in a public accounting firm.
• Expertise in corporate, partnership, and trust tax compliance and planning.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
• Experience with Lacerte, QuickBooks, BNA Tax Planner, and CaseWare is a plus.
