As a Shift Production Manager , your leadership paves the way for enhanced productivity while maintaining our high-quality standards. You'll oversee a talented team of 50+ members, always looking to inspire and guide them to success.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and steer the shift's production activities, emphasizing high productivity and reduced costs without compromising on quality.
• Juggle responsibilities like interviewing, training, and guiding your team—because you know the value of great leadership.
• Coordinate daily with the Scheduler to align your team’s efforts with our production needs.
• Document and report production data with precision and clarity.
• Contribute to our Quality initiatives, making sure plant objectives are not just met, but surpassed.
• Review and refresh safety programs to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you hold a BA/BS degree in business or engineering.
• You've spent at least two years in a manufacturing environment, likely in a leadership position.
• Assertive communication paired with effective interpersonal skills sets you apart.
• Your conflict resolution skills are unparalleled, managing disputes professionally and steadily.
• You're tech-savvy, with a preference for SAP experience.
