Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  
• Help curate content that aligns with our brand voice and showcases our market research services.
  
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and interactions.
  
• Assist in the creation of engaging graphics and visual content (using design tools like Canva or Adobe Spark).
  
• Help track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
  
• Stay up to date on trends, hashtags, and popular content within the marketing and market research space.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to help execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and special research reports via social media.
  
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the social media team as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and their features (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
  
• Creative mindset with an interest in content creation and visual design.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar) is a plus.
  
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the social media and marketing fields.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
