Offered salary and other compensation: Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $67,000 to $82,000 (including base salary). Additionally, we offer: Paid Vacation

Schedule: This is a full-time position – Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Your Mission as Speech Language Pathology Assistant: The purpose of the Position at Language Essentials is to create the best life for clients through improving their functional skill levels. As one of our Speech Language Pathology Assistants, you will be responsible for providing life-changing treatment, support and care for children and adult patients who have difficulties with communication, eating, drinking and swallowing.

Speech Language Pathology Assistant’s duties and responsibilities:

• Liaise with family members, counselors, teachers, psychologists, doctors, and other professionals to design holistic treatments
• Compile notes on patients’ progress
• Adjust therapies and treatment plans where necessary with the assistance of your supervisor

Required experience and qualifications:

• An AA or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Six+ months of experience providing speech therapy
• Competent Computer Skills
• Hold required California license or has applied.
