WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Assist with the preparation of General Ledger entries and financial reports during the month-end-close process.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts and provide analysis for Income Statement accounts.
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly and address any inquiries from banking partners
- Ensure the accuracy of the general ledger and perform maintenance as necessary.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
- Provide support, training, and system maintenance for Adaptive Planning and Concur systems.
- Process invoices and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Assist with the annual external audit by providing necessary documentation and support.
- Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Document accounting processes and procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the Accounting and Finance departments.
- Research accounting issues and implement solutions as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
WHO YOU ARE: - Strong understanding of general financial accounting and corporate finance principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reconcile complex accounts.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Basic understanding of all accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive process improvements.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships across departments and at all levels of the organization.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of company and client information
WHAT YOU'LL NEED: - Bachelor's degree in accounting is required; MBA or MAS preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience with a preference for distribution industry experience.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; MOUS Certification preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems required, SAP FIORI experience a plus.
- Experience with cloud-based business planning and forecasting tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights).

The Anticipated Salary Range for This Position:
$57,000 to $80,000
Network has established a salary range for this position based on a combination of market data, industry standards and specific requirements of the role. The actual starting salary will vary based on applicant's location education, experience, skills and abilities.
In addition, to base salary, Network associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, retirement contributions, opportunities for career growth and professional development. Our compensation package is designed to reward both individual contributions and team success, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
