II. Job Requirements

1. Have over 2 years of experience in streetwear design, proficient in minimalist and casual styles with low-key color matching.
2. For reference, please check the brand F426 on Douyin and Taobao.
3. Proficient in design software such as Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI) and CorelDRAW (CDR), with solid hand-drawing skills.
4. Possess a keen sense of color and fashion, and passion for the fashion industry.
5. Familiar with clothing production processes, characteristics of various fabrics, and matching skills of various accessories.
6. Rich experience in design and development, familiar with the fabric market, and master the properties of fabrics and accessories. I. Core Job Responsibilities

1. Brand Style Implementation & Product Development Fully understand the company’s brand style, and independently complete product development and innovative design in accordance with the seasonal product development plan. 2. Trend Research & Pre-plan Formulation Keep abreast of market fashion trends, formulate pre-plans for color schemes, themes, and fabrics & accessories for each new product launch. Based on the brand’s style and positioning, grasp the product design direction and consumers’ needs for design work. 3. Trend Information Collection & Application Be responsible for collecting information related to new fabrics & accessories, fashion elements, and style designs, and apply such information to clothing design. 4. Market Highlight Capture & Print Pattern Design Capture market selling points, independently develop brand-themed print patterns, and possess strong rapid design responsiveness. 5. New Product Development & Production Follow-up Participate in the discussion, matching and collocation of each new product launch, and put forward reasonable suggestions in a timely manner. Track the pattern making and production process of self-designed styles until completion.
