Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic team leader for our Student salon.

Responsibilities include:

Help increase number of clients in the student salon through marketing, social networking, promotions, local outreach etc.
Ensure high level of customer service. Create incentives/competitions to promote high level of energy and productivity among students/teachers.
Help maintain an effective and smooth operations of the student salon.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times to be a good role model for the students.
Contribute and maintain a positive and productive school environment.
Demonstrate leadership by taking responsibility for your actions.
