Job Description

Job Title: Task-Force Manager

Overview:

We are a reputable company that manages a chain of restaurants and hotels across the country. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Task-Force Manager to join our team. The Task-Force Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating various projects, initiatives, and tasks within the company, ensuring timely completion and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance and efficiency of the company's restaurants and hotels
  • Identify areas for improvement within the operations of each establishment and provide recommendations for solutions
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables for all assigned tasks
  • Work closely with department heads and team members to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and coordination on all projects
  • Conduct regular evaluations of performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies
  • Provide training and support to team members on new processes or initiatives
  • Travel frequently to different locations to oversee project implementation, provide guidance, and address any issues that may arise
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in order to continuously improve processes within the company

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience in the hospitality industry preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting 
  • Willingness to travel frequently
