Job Description

Location : Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of technical projects.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
• Support Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting project issues and ensuring effective resolutions.

• Proven experience in technical project coordination, IT project management, or a related role.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT systems, software development, and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, CAPM) are a plus.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
