About the Role
We are seeking a Territory Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth within an assigned region. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in industrial sales and technical solutions. You'll play a key role in expanding relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
This position is fully remote, with minimal overnight travel. In addition to a competitive base salary, the role includes a 33%+ uncapped commission structure and a company vehicle. A full benefits package is also provided.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the maintenance, repair, and operational (MRO) sector, specializing in both current and legacy automation equipment.
Collaborate with Account Management and Sales teams to deepen relationships with key accounts.
Conduct 3-4 in-person client meetings per day, 4-4.5 days per week, to drive engagement and sales growth.
Identify new sales opportunities within assigned accounts to increase client spend and drive business expansion.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Present tailored solutions that align with clients' technical and operational needs.
Expand your network within customer organizations to influence vendor selection decisions.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify additional product and service opportunities.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Participate in weekly strategy meetings and regular check-ins with leadership to track performance and refine sales tactics.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development, including product education and field visits.
What We're Looking For
Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
Industrial sales experience (3-5 years) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of industrial products, MRO solutions, and technical sales.
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) sales environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop strong client relationships and drive long-term engagement.
A valid driver's license is required.
