Salary: $65,000-$80,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

*Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

What You’d Do in This Role:

As an important part of our team, the Content Designer will drive the in-app digital experience within our EveryDollar app. Your primary focus will be crafting content that guides users through their financial journey—helping them build better budgeting habits and stay motivated to achieve their financial goals. You’ll collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to create personalized and engaging digital coaching content that meets users where they are and nudges them toward success.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2+ years of experience in UX writing, digital coaching, or behavioral content strategy.
• You have a strong understanding of habit formation in digital experiences.
• You have experience crafting motivational, user-centered content that drives engagement.
• You have the ability to bring ideas to life.
• You have a heart to “make it better” by identifying roadblocks and presenting solutions.

What Winning Looks Like:

• Develop digital coaching content that provides guidance and financial insights within the EveryDollar budgeting app
• Write and optimize in-product messaging to improve engagement
• Create content strategies that reinforce positive financial behaviors over time
• A/B test digital coaching messages to improve user engagement
• Work with UX and product teams to align content with user journeys
• Partner with data and research teams to analyze user feedback and behavior, iterating on content to drive better outcomes
• Maintain a consistent and empathetic brand voice
• Increase budget completion rates through behavioral nudges and guided coaching
• Boost adoption of key financial habits via effective in-product content
