True Brands is currently hiring for an on-site Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor.  The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversees warehouse operations.
  • Be the subject matter expert on our warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Hires and manages warehouse associates.
  • Organizes and leads warehouse trainings.
  • Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments.
  • Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Supervises packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added services activities.
  • Completes packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added service tasks as needed.
  • Tracks in-bound and out-bound inventory.
  • Collaborates with the customer service team and other departments.
  • Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions.
  • Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Available to work nights (Sunday-Thursday 5:00pm to 1:30 am)
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent time management skills and must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience level
