Background

Immunomatics, Inc. is a mission-driven health tech startup developing innovative analytic tools to improve donor-recipient matching in solid organ and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. By combining machine learning with computational immunology, we aim to predict the risk of complications from partially matched donors, helping clinicians optimize donor selection and ultimately improve patient outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and technically gifted Co-Founder to join forces with Founder Lidio Meireles, PhD ( profile ) in building Immunomatics from the ground up. This is a unique chance to shape the future of transplant medicine while taking on both technical and strategic leadership roles.

What We're Looking For

• A full-time, all-in commitment to the company and mission
• Exceptional grit, ownership mentality, and comfort with calculated risk
• Deep expertise in modern deep learning architectures and deployment
• A strong background in Computational Biology is preferred, but not required
• Proximity to or willingness to relocate near San Diego, CA
