What You’ll Do as a Staffing Specialist

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our recruiting efforts, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure the perfect match. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they are the right fit.
  • Negotiating offers and guiding new hires through the onboarding process.
  • Manage talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilizing PeopleSoft or similar HR systems to track applicants and manage recruitment data.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re seeking a proactive and driven professional who is eager to make an impact. Our ideal candidate has:

· A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

· 2-3 years of experience in recruitment/account management.

· Experience in business development, cold calling, and sales strategies is a big plus!

· The ability to leverage business tools and technology, including CRM and ATS systems .

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates.

· A results-driven mindset with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

· The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and deadline-driven environment .
