Front Desk Agent (Full Time / Part Time)**

Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time employment, this role is pivotal in ensuring an outstanding guest experience at our establishment. As the first point of contact, your warm welcome and attentive service will help create lasting impressions for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Verify and secure payment details, issue room keys, and provide directions to rooms.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to manage room statuses.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as report preparation and system updates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or front desk operations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with front desk systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
