Job Description

We’re seeking a confident Middleweight Designer to join our global design team. Located in Las Vegas and working with our UK based design team, this role involves creating high-quality, brand-aligned designs across various touchpoints, including venue resources, internal collateral, and large campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of in-house or agency design experience, a passion for hospitality, and an eye for a polished, high-end finish. You’ll work independently and as part of a team, managing tight deadlines and contributing to a wide variety of creative projects, all while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and adhering to the Swingers brand identity. This is a dynamic and varied role perfect for a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Collaborate with global Design and Marketing teams to deliver diverse design projects, reporting to the UK-based Head of Design.
  • Create high-quality, brand-aligned designs across venues, internal collateral, and large campaigns.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a wide range of projects with a high-end, polished finish.
  • Apply strong design experience (in-house or agency) to generate creative concepts and content for all brand touchpoints.
  • Manage tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced, varied role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design visual elements, illustrations, and social media content aligned with brand guidelines to communicate key messages effectively.
  • Collaborate on global campaigns across all UK and US Swingers venues.
  • Apply strong layout, typography, and technical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Prepare and artwork files for production, ensuring readiness for both print and online formats.
  • Interpret and deliver artwork requests for various business needs, including venue collateral, menus, promotions, signage, point-of-sale materials and online campaigns.
  • Collaborate with a team of three designers to develop concepts for collateral, ad campaigns, and initiatives across platforms such as websites, social media, online ads, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized artwork files and assets to support brand consistency.
  • Manage projects involving diverse print collateral with proficiency and experience.
  • Utilize knowledge of video creation, animations, and motion graphics for digital content and websites.
  • Independently manage workloads, deliver projects on time, and flag potential risks or delays proactively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Generating bespoke illustrations and icons for a diverse range of collateral whether that be internal or customer facing.
  • Executing briefs with a strong attention to detail while applying a premium outlook on projects.
  • The ability to roll out and artwork collateral confidently across print and online
  • A strong understanding of modern digital techniques, including web, social and template design.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD
  • Some experience with Adobe After effects and premier for video editing and animation graphics
  • Excellent written, spelling and verbal communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good working knowledge of designing for social platforms with high engagement (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Excellent layout skills across printed collateral, interactive PDFs, web/digital interfaces and PowerPoint documents
  • A real enthusiasm to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • You have a proven ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Essential Functions

  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Able to work a variable schedule (nights, weekends and holidays) and travel both domestically and internationally on a regular basis and as needed for the business.
  • Maintain general knowledge of the Company, including location, transportation, management team, etc.
