We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual front office/administrative assistant to join our Human Resources team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position is within the construction industry and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Contract-to-long-term role, it provides excellent potential for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions and distribute company materials, such as uniforms.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain personnel records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding processes, including the preparation and verification of new employee paperwork.
- Provide front-line HR support, addressing employee inquiries and ensuring smooth communication.
- Deliver administrative assistance to the HR team, handling varied tasks as needed.
- Manage highly confidential information with discretion and care.
- Support employee relations efforts by fostering a positive and productive workplace.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and attention to detail in all assigned responsibilities.
- Adapt to a construction-focused work environment while upholding high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish)proficiency to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Prior experience in human resources or administrative roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee orientation procedures.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Comfortable working in a business casual environment within the construction industry.
