4. Be proficient in Mandarin, English and Malay. 1. Responsible for franchise store inspection and daily maintenance and management.

1. Be able to develop a corresponding store management plan according to the company's requirements.
2. According to the actual situation of stores and markets in the region, to the company to put forward the corresponding adjustment recommendations.
3. The intention to join the customer's store location to do the preliminary site selection effect assessment (traffic, consumer groups, unit price, etc.).
