We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Review résumés and applications to identify potential matches for open roles
Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate interest and basic qualifications
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information
Support employer branding efforts and job posting strategies
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Learn and apply basic recruitment best practices under supervision
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is a plus
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or social media platforms
Exposure to HR or recruiting processes (e.g., internships, campus involvement)
