About the Role: As our Swimming Pool Repair Manager, you'll lead an experienced team dedicated to keeping our customers' pools in perfect condition. It's an engaging role combining technical know-how, inspiring leadership, and excellent customer interactions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Guide a talented repair team, conduct supportive one-on-one meetings, set achievable goals, and celebrate successes along the way!
• Delight Customers: Build lasting relationships by providing friendly, prompt, and professional responses to inquiries and ensuring repairs exceed expectations.
• Communicate Clearly: Act as the bridge between customers, your repair team, and internal departments (sales, maintenance, construction) to keep everyone informed and happy.
• Budget Wisely: Keep projects profitable and on budget, managing expenses thoughtfully and ensuring timely billing.
• Solve Technical Challenges: Oversee complex repairs (pumps, heaters, plumbing, lighting, automation systems) and provide your team with the resources and knowledge they need to thrive.
• Organize Efficiently: Schedule repairs thoughtfully, prioritizing effectively to keep our team productive and our customers satisfied.

• Efficient and accurate billing
• Excellent use of resources, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of swimming pool repair experience, with at least 2 years managing teams
• In-depth knowledge of pool systems (pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, electrical systems, pool finishes, automation)
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and technical details effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
