Position: Tax Professional
Type: Seasonal or Year-Round | Part-Time or Full-Time
Compensation: $20-$26 per hour DOE + Bonus paid at the beginning of May
Responsibilities:
Prepare federal and state individual income tax returns (1040) and small business returns (1120S, 1065, etc.)
Review and organize client documents
Provide exceptional client service by answering questions and explaining tax concepts
Stay up to date on current tax law and compliance changes
Accurately utilize tax software and e-filing systems
Work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Qualifications:
Prior experience preparing individual tax returns required (business returns a plus)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
PTIN and relevant credentials (EA, CPA, or similar) preferred
Comfortable with technology and tax preparation software
Flexible work schedule available (day, evening, or weekend hours)
